The drinks and appetizers were my favorite part of our meal. The tiny fondue and they oysters were both excellent. We actually got a third cocktail to split because we each liked our cocktails. My partner liked his steak but I was just ok with my entree - the dumplings were good but the veggies and sauce around it were not my jam. The apps have a lot of vegetarian options but the entrees only have one veggie selection. Our server was very helpful in giving honest thoughts on menu items and delightfully funny. The ambiance was lovely and we got to sit by the rooster and the window so I think we had the best seats in the house! I'd definitely come back for drinks and apps or if I was taking someone out for a steak/meat things.

This was one of my favorite restaurants in Seattle. Their wings are some of the best I have ever had (and I have tried wings in many different places). Everything else I had here was also delicious. Plus, they are open late and close by to some hotels. It was the perfect late night spot for some appetizers after a long day exploring Seattle. The servers and host provided spectacular service. If I ever return to Seattle, this is definitely somewhere I will eat at again!

Palace Kitchen never disappoints. Consistently satisfying, this Seattle staple is amazing every time we visit. We had the lamb meatballs, the sable collar, the wood grilled chicken wings, and the brisket 'After 10 Special'. The meatballs were paired with a wonderful tomato sauce and a mint cream. The lamb was light and deeply satisfying. The sauces went with the lamb perfectly. The sablefish collar was messy, but amazing! Smokey, buttery, rich, fatty, oily... everything you expect from a good fish collar. The chicken wings are a PK specialty. Spicy, but not overly so. The coriander cream combats the spiciness perfectly. As people who don't ordinarily do spicy food, this is one of the exceptions. They are absolutely worth it. The cocktails at PK are always mixed beautifully. The Printemps Violet is an excellent gin mix flavored with elderflower, rhubarb, and sugared hibiscus. The Awake At 1AM is a cold coffee cocktail that was so good, I kinda wish I had gotten a second. Palace Kitchen is classic upper-scale Seattle food without being overly pretentious, and will always be at the top of our list.

What a gem of a find in downtown Seattle! Traveling from Denver and arriving late night, this was one of the only restaurants open in Downtown at 11pm, what was awesome! The food was TO-DIE-FOR and the drinks were delicious! Warm vibes and the wood fired food makes for a cozy ambiance. I visited twice and the service was amazing the first time, with the waitress being to attentive and quick. The second time, the service was lack luster and quite disappointing.
